What do you think of using the whole body (Racing / Performance) swimwear for sun protection? Unisex?

Swim in a free pool. During the summer I put sunscreen on, but it's a pain to get all of my back, not talking much to wash after. I think a good solution using a combination of race, as covering the torso and falls almost to the knees. Questions: 1. Someone Did it work? Can you recommend a costume? 2. I've seen races Suit (AquaBlade, fastkin) that resemble what I want, but too much for that. I do not want to spend money on one (sale price), then just use it for training. Ebay is an option, however. What do you think of using one of them, if they can buy at low prices on eBay? 3. Between the sexes.
