Tresemme straightening gel&spray – how often can I straighten my hair using an ironer?
This is currently my 4th day of using tresemme straightening gel and tresemme heat protectant spray, and I use the ironer to iron my hair to make it straight and it works.
The problem is I dont know how much damage I’m doing to my hair if I do this every single day (ive done it 3 times in 4 days straight already).. does this help my hair get protected everyday? or does it just reduce the chances of my hair getting damaged? If it reduces it.. when should I stop straightening my hair like this and when should I go back on it?

I straighten my hair a lot too and whenever I do I make sure I use something to protect it from the heat. But I think straightening it every day will damage it sooner or later but also depending on your hair type. I have very thick curly hair so Straightening it hasn’t damaged mine yet. But if you have fine, thin hair be careful. I guess the best advice I could give you is to try to not constantly be putting your hair through that and give it a break every now and then. If you do that and always use a heat protectant I think it will be fine. Hope I helped 🙂
