I’ve been away from home for months now and I can’t seem to get any heat protection for flat ironing my hair where I am. I’ve all my usual hair care products (100% natural, as I like it). The thing is, I have a natural 4c hair and my hair right now needs serious straightening and I’m without heat protection for my hair. I’m in a lovely little village and they have tons of good organic natural stuff “straight from the vine”.

Since I’ll be here for a very long time, I’m wondering if anyone could give me good suggestions of all-natural homemade heat protectants (oil-free, please) since I’ve none. I’m wondering about the efficacy of things like honey, aloe vera, milk, etc.

HELP!!!
