If I spray heat protector, then blow-dry my hair, do I need to spray it again if Im straightening it?
So I have blow-dried my hair and I used heat protector. Now I am about to straighten my hair, do I need to do it again?
BQ: When I spray it and straighten my hair while it’s wet it makes my hair smell really burnt and doesn’t straighten nicely. Am I supposed to wait until it dries?
I’m a license hairstylist. I curly hair and I actually straighten my hair everyday. I do it both times I spray it on and then I blow dry it and then I spray it again and flat iron it. You cannot ever use to much of it. Don’t be afraid to use product. Its not going to hurt your hair. Never flat iron your hair when its wet. That destroys your hair, you always want to do it when its dry. If you have any questions feel free to email me.
