Im the operations manager at public pool also squad coach, learn to swim instructor and lifeguard.
my role is obviously the operations side of the pool, everything from the conditioning of the water, chemicals and cleanliness to the pump room and maintain machinery to the overall appearance of the facility..
working at a pool is a very rewarding job..
but if you’re just starting out go the swimming instructor and lifeguard…
