how to get rid of waterboatman life in my pool?

as soon as I can put a pool on the floor seem to believe in waterboatman they have to swim in my pool and multiply. regardless of the amount of chlorine or chemicals used in them again. I met many algaecide construction, but only kills those who are in the pool and more to come. no ponds or any body of water anywhere near here, so I do not understand. none of the stores have heard about the pool to be told how to get rid of them. I almost want to just get rid the pool completely and not even paid. but it is a battle and without complication. Can anyone help?

From what I could find, waterboatmen prefer shallow, slow running water with many weeds in it. Maybe if you just tell people at the pool which is a water bug who had come with more ideas how to get rid of them. At least they do not bite – but I do not want to be in the pool with them.
