Hello I will be owning my first home and I don’t want to ask or say the wrong thing and put off the seller completely. I’ve heard that it happens. Well the house is in Wisconsin and it has a pool in the backyard, which I actually want but requires some maintenance and repairs and not everyone wants that in the northern states?? Also the house is Advertised with the note that it has some interior mods in it, which also many people may not want in their own home. they could be outdated now. But I feel this could take down at least $50k on the property. How do I ask the agent if they will take off that much? at least that much?? Or should I ask for more. I would prefer to see if they are willing to come down before I see the house cause it looks nice besides all the extras that aren’t completely neccesary… Thank you for any advice.
