please answer these questions =] thank you .

or try to answer most of them . i really need them answer because my hair seems damaged at the moment . it has a burnt smell . doesnt feel right . etc . & i dont use leave in condiitoner or heat protectant when i straigthen cause im not sure what’s best to use . =[

for the shampoo i would actually use a beauty store’s own brand, as sometimes other brands like tresseme seem to make it greasy or dull. however for the conditioner use V05 it smells nice and is often recommended by hairdressers, they make different types for different hair styles. i use fade defy for coloured hair, it doesn’t really affect the colour but it makes it soft and shiny. when you hair is still wet use tresseme heat defence before you dry your hair. it smells nice, just make sure you have it all over your hair as it makes it soft and protects it against heat products. before straightening make sure your hair is dry, as wet parts, no matter how small, cause the hair to burn when you run the straightener over.

i would also recommend Aussie 3 minute miracle, it restores shine and you only have to use it around once a week. or Aussie hot oil, this is a good deep conditioner.

just make sure you have a trim regularly to get rid of split ends and your hair should be in good condition. if you can try not to straighten/dry your hair every single day, put it in plaits etc as straightening and drying does damage your hair even with protection.
