how many gay men are homemakers?
while their partners are the bread winners?
my partner and i have been in a great relationship for almost 23 years and he has always been the one to go to work while i have always stayed at home.
i do the cooking, cleaning, shopping, pay bills, take care of the household repairs, schedule Dr. appointments, lawn care, pool maintenance, and a myriad of other activities.
i have worked in the past over the years, but niether of us were happy with that arrangment. and both of us are happy in our lifes roles. we have a comfotable lifestyle and are hoping to be married (if it becomes legal in our state)
so what i want to know is are there other couples out there that have this same relationship arrangment?
I stayed at home when I was with Donnie. It was great because he had a business he ran mostly from our home office, so we were together most of the time.
But nothing lasts forever apparently, and I don’t mind having a working career now.
